Google released a new panda update with new features. It is not a refreshing algorithm but completely new. This Panda algorithm targets on spammy queries from the Google SERP. There is no affect on quality or fresh websites. The Panda 4.0 algorithm impacts on 7.5% of English queries to a level that active user might notice it.

Panda 4.0 hits on spam queries such as Viagra, payday loan and the related type of target queries. There is no any big change on major sites, but users find fresh result about these types of queries. Rank for those spam sites should be change from last result.
